When you put in a prompt, or other information into Chat GPT, that content is “disclosed” and available to the public and the greater community using Chat GPT. What does this mean for you? If you create content, or inventive information and put it into Chat GPT it is now available for others to use, and for Chat GPT to draw on and present to others etc. This is an issue for patentable subject matter and if you want content to remain “authored” by you or your company.
